Train Testing

All 34 trains are being used for driver training and testing from end-to-end on the mainline. Crews are continuing to simulate running the revenue service schedule as part of testing, including using coupled trains. Commissioning of the communications systems at the Transit Operation Control Centre (TOCC) is ongoing. OC Transpo is continuing to launch and reduce trains on the guideway from the MSF Belfast Yard similar to what will occur in revenue service. System integration tests (SIT) for the Traction Power Substations (TPSS) are ongoing. All systems continue to be monitored through the SCADA system (the monitoring and control systems for transit operations).
