Crews are continuing with finishing works at all O-Train Confederation Line stations, while testing and commissioning of trains and systems is ongoing.
Tunney’s Pasture Station
Work is continuing on the maintenance building including the installation of siding and tiling in the interior. Crews are caulking the perimeter of the building.
Crews are working on conduits and pouring concrete for the bus shelter pad near the Albert Street entrance. Work progresses on the elevator certifications and panel installations.
Crews are installing glass, doing final work on the HVAC systems, and installing metal coverings within the station.
Installation of decorative lighting, application of fire resistant coatings and frames for glass are under way. Grouting work continues at the HVAC shaft on Queen Street
Concourse level ceiling structure installations continue. Finishing works and final touch-ups, including the installation of steel covers on station columns is underway.
Signage, lighting, and glass installation is ongoing. Crews continue painting and tiling where required with caulking happening throughout the station. At the entrances, crews continue with lantern installation.
Crews are installing porcelain panels as well as stainless steel fixtures for upcoming glass panel work. Other activities include caulking and completing the lantern at Nicholas Street.
Stations along the eastern alignment, including Lees, Hurdman, Tremblay, St-Laurent, Cyrville and Blair Station are undergoing final touch-ups including glass installation, site cleaning, and lantern installations.
Guideway and Testing
Train testing and commissioning is ongoing with end-to-end trips along the alignment. Testing of station systems are ongoing at all 13 stations. Testing of all software used throughout the system continues.
