To help get ready for the launch of the O-Train Confederation Line in 2018, the City of Ottawa is looking for the best train name ideas from our city’s next generation of transit users.
Do you know a child or youth aged 16 or under? Are they creative? Do they have a passion for trains? Do they want to be a part of Ottawa’s history? If your answer is yes to all of these questions, you’ll want to keep reading.
The City is inviting children and youth who are 16 years of age and under to name the 34 O-Train Confederation Line train cars and the 6 O-Train Trillium Line train cars. The Name the Trains Contest will run from November 2 to December 8. To enter the contest, please visit octranspo.com/ready4rail.
